Privacy Policy - Use of personal information
Any personal information that you provide to us is used only to ship your order, to communicate with you about your order, or to send you any information that you request. Your personal information is not shared with anyone.
Credit Card Security
Online transactions are secured through Authorize.Net. We do not store or record your credit card information.
Shipping
If we receive orders before 2:00 pm on a business day, we will usually ship the next business day or earlier. Items ordered from Serene 'N' Clean will usually arrive 3 to 6 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Within the continental United States, Serene 'N' Clean ships via UPS ground. Shipping and handling charges are at a flat rate of $6 for orders under $30, and no charge for orders for product valued in total of $30 and above.
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS 2nd Day Air. These orders do not qualify for free shipping. The flat rate
for shipping and handling is $25.00 for these orders.
Internationally, we ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail International. US Postal Service
quotes 6-10 business days after shipment for delivery
of the package. Flat rate shipping to countries outside the US is $45.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns on incorrect orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, or products that were damaged in shipping.
If the products you received were not what you ordered, please send us an email at productsupport@SereneNClean.com to request a return authorization. In your email, please let us know what you ordered vs. what you received. Please let us know how to correct your order (either exchange or refund). Once we authorize your return by replying with a return authorization number, please return the products unopened and unused. Upon our receipt, we will then either refund or exchange your products per your instructions.
